I consider myself a visionary. I see myself in future as a person who is nowhere closer to the person I am in my reality today. All I see is great things and one day 4 years ago, I told my husband that I wanted to own a private jet someday. He laughed at me so bad I felt so ashamed. I even thought to myself, girl now you are crazy! I still chuckle as I remember it today, because the look on his face was priceless. I do not have a private jet yet and I am in no way closer to having it as far as my bank account is concerned. But one thing for sure is that my faith will get me a private jet someday if I work towards that dream God will bless me with the desires of my heart.

All I am saying is that, sometimes your dreams do not make sense to some people because you are dreaming too big beyond your circumstance. But if they make sense to you, then keep on working on them you may be surprised as to what you become. At times it is even easier to work on them quietly without telling anyone. I do not think people believed Bill Gates when he told them he will be rich, I mean a college drop out for goodness’ sake! But today we know him even in Africa because he dreamt and followed his dreams, look where they got him now.

Write down your vision and do something each day that will drive you one step closer to that dream. Have faith and believe and trust that God will enable you to achieve that vision.

Habakkuk 2:2-4 Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. 3For the vision is yet for the appointed time; but at the end it will speak and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4Behold the proud, his soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.”
